Take Belt Parkway (East) to Southern State Parkway (East). Take Southern State Parkway (East) to Exit 28AN (NY-135 North-Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway; note that Exit 28AN is AFTER Exit 28S and Exit 28N on the Southern State Parkway when heading eastbound). Take 135 North to Exit 14E (Route 25-Woodbury). Take service road short distance and bear right at fork in exit ramp in front of Equinox building. Travel a short distance to end of Crosssways Park Drive North and make a left turn. Travel a short distance to the end of the road and make a right turn onto Crossways Park Drive. Follow Crossways Park Drive to Research Frontiers' headquarters at 240 Crossways Park Drive. Parking lot is on the right side of the building.
